Who we are

We have been renovating bathrooms since 2008 and have completed more than 800 of them. The business is small and family owned by design. It is the reason we can promise that the person who quotes your job is the person who runs it.

Most of what we work on is not new construction. It is the original bathroom in an ex-government house, a 1960s to 1980s brick home, or a townhouse with a single small wet area that the whole household shares.

You deal with the owner

Every project is managed by Oleg, the owner, from your first consultation through to final handover. We do not subcontract project management or hand your job to a junior team. If something needs a decision on site, it is made by the person who priced it.

We know homeowners are apprehensive about the quality of work they cannot see once the tiles go on. That is why the waterproofing is inspected and certified before tiling starts, and why the paperwork comes to you at the end rather than staying in a filing cabinet.

What we build

  • Bathroom renovations, including ensuites, small and family bathrooms, custom design work and commercial jobs.
  • Tiling for bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, floors and walls, and tile replacement.
  • Waterproofing of bathrooms, balconies and other wet areas.
  • Laundry renovations, from a new benchtop and storage to a full rebuild.
  • Splashbacks in tile, mosaic, glass, custom print and granite.

We work in ceramics, porcelain, mosaic and natural stone including marble, granite and travertine. Design and product sourcing, installation, and the final clean-up are all ours.

How we work

We start with a free measure and quote: we assess the room, understand what you want from it, and give you a written, itemised price with no ballpark figures. Design and planning follow once you are happy with the quote. Then demolition, waterproofing, tiling, fit-off and a proper clean-up.

Most bathrooms here take two to four weeks from demolition to handover, and four to six if the plumbing moves or the joinery is made to order. The week-by-week guide sets out what happens on which days and why the certificate stops the job until it is issued.

What we stand behind

  • A licensed contractor: NSW contractor licence 309929C, in the Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry Renovator class.
  • Public liability insurance to $20 million.
  • Every job comes with a 10-year warranty on our workmanship, waterproofing included.
  • Work built to the National Construction Code and AS3740:2021, with the waterproofing compliance certificate, warranty documents, product warranties and care instructions handed over at completion.
  • A free measure and quote, itemised line by line before you commit.

If you are weighing us against another firm, how to check a renovator's licence and quote tells you what to ask us, not just them.

Where we work

We renovate across the ACT and over the border in Queanbeyan, which is NSW and a different jurisdiction for licensing and approvals. In the ACT, where an approval is needed it comes from the Territory Planning Authority - there are no local councils in the ACT. The districts we cover are listed in full on our contact page.
